About Cleary Solicitors
Our Ettalong Beach office is in Broken Bay Road near the car-park of the Ettalong Diggers Club and next to the Ettalong Senior Citizens Centre. Car parking and access are easy.
Gary Cleary is the principal of the firm which also includes associate solicitor Naomi Gale and a number of experienced support staff.
Gary Cleary was first admitted as a lawyer in 1983. He had experience in the local courts system, then litigation, legislative drafting, court appearances and general advising work for State and Commonwealth Departments before he commenced private practice at Ettalong Beach in 1987.
Gary's areas of practice include criminal defence matters in the Local, District, Supreme and Appeal Courts, commercial matters including leasing for landlords and tenants, sale and purchase of business, residential, commercial, industrial and retirement village conveyancing, probate, wills and estate planning, family provision actions and general advising.
Naomi Gale was admitted to practice in 2002 and commenced general legal practice on the Central Coast shortly thereafter. Naomi is engaged in residential and retirement village conveyancing, wills, probate and estate planning, commercial leasing and general advising.
